Song Lyrics Bonus Challenge

Hi everyone! It's a beautiful day here and a great day for a new bonus challenge!
I am hosting a "song lyrics" challenge. Be sure to check it out over on the forums.
Here is my layout. I used song lyrics from Live's song Heaven. "I don't need no one to tell me about Heaven; I look at my daughter and I believe".

Welcome GDT Berta!

Hi all!  My name is Berta Ramsey and I'm excited to be September's Member of the Month.  For those of you who may not know me, here is a little bio.  I come from a small town in Northern California.  I am mother to 5, grandma to 8, and great-grandma to 1.  I've been married to my sweetheart and best friend for 46 years.  He has supported me in my scrapbooking addiction for more than 15 years.  My family is the subject of most of my pages, but I love to scrap just about anything.  I'm not sure if I have a style.   However, I use ink and faux stitching on almost every page.  I have to admit I'm partial to 'girl' pages.  That's because I love flowers, butterflies, and soft colors.  I find masculine pages a little more challenging.

This month I get to work with Fancy Pants'  "Wonderful Day" collection (available in the Memorable Seasons' store).  Such fun designs and colors!!

Live, Love, LEARN!!

The Back To School Crop is in full swing and I thought I would share my challenge for it here today. I hope you'll join us over on the forum!

We all learn a lot during our school years. It seems like all we do for those years is absorb new information and knowledge. But, did you ever think about how much learning we do in our everyday lives, at any age? So, that's what this challenge focuses on...learning OUTSIDE the classroom. The challenge is to scrap about a non-school related learning experience. It can be about you or someone else, doesn't matter. Think about the possibilities...learning a musical instrument, a sport, a child learning to ride a bike, etc. There are lots of possibilities here!

And this is my example I created using my Studio Calico Here and There kit. This layout is about a cooking class I took a couple years back with a bunch of girlfriends.

Getting to Know You- Alissa

We're having a Back to School Crop at Memorable Seasons. Come on over and join in the fun!

I'm hosting the Getting to Know You Challenge. The new school year brings new students, new teachers, new friends... We're all getting to know each other! Your project for this challenge should be about you.

I started with a sketch from PageMaps and used my September Kit. Shop for Lily Bee and Simple Stories at clearance prices in the store! 

September Challenge #6 - BINGO!

Time to play some BINGO! This challenge is simple. All you need to do is create a layout using any combination of BINGO (five horizontal, vertical or diagonal) on this card...

And here is my layout. Yes, the photos are blurry. That's what I get for trying to photograph an 18-month-old and four puppies with my iPhone. But, I felt this was too important a memory not to scrap just because of imperfect photos. I used the first column of the Bingo card (flowers, die-cuts, some sort of animal, stickers, the color orange) and my Studio Calico Here and There kit...
